- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return along with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees, within 7 business days.
3. Exchanges Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team to request an RA number and specify the item(s) you wish to exchange and the new item(s) you would like to receive.
- Once you receive your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange along with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
- Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount to your original payment method.
4. Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as final sale items or personalized/customized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before making your purchase.
